The Dinersty:
Family is at the heart of everything we do. Our immediate family of six—lovingly known as the “Wolf Pack,” a nickname coined by our son—has poured its heart into building this dream. He also came up with “Dinersty,” our playful mashup of diner and dynasty, and honestly, we think it fits perfectly.
Easy Street Diner is a true labour of love. While our core family keeps things running day to day, we’ve had so many extended friends and family members step in to help bring this vision to life. From painting walls to testing recipes, this place is built on love, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart. And for that, we are endlessly grateful.

Our staff are the heart of Easy Street Diner, and we support them with comprehensive, company-paid benefits, staff discounts, flexible scheduling, two days off per week, and a shared tip pool. When you dine with us, you’re part of the family too. We love welcoming families through our doors—with a great kid friendly menu and individual sides available through our “Add Ons” section, there’s something for everyone.

Quality: We take pride in making things from scratch, because quality matters. From house-fermented vegan kimchi to hand-brined, smoked bacon and pastrami—what we serve is thoughtfully prepared with purpose. We even fry our onion rings to order to keep our deep fryer gluten-free. For us, it’s the little things. Making it ourselves means we can control the ingredients, the allergens, and most importantly—the flavour.
